
Hamilton Sterling is a supervising sound editor, sound designer, effects editor, field recordist, and mixer who has worked on The Tree of Life, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, The Dark Knight, War of the Worlds, and Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World; as well as many independent films, including: Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, Magnolia, There Will Be Blood, and Stand and Deliver. He recently edited sound effects on Barry Sonnenfeld’s Men in Black III.
Hamilton is the owner of Helikon Sound, a 5.1 mixing and sound design studio in Santa Monica, California.

The motion picture Morning (pictured) was sound designed, sound supervised, sound effects edited, pre-mixed, and finaled at Helikon Sound. Music was mixed and the film was print-mastered on the Cary Grant stage at Sony Pictures by Paul Massey. Morning is a film by Leland Orser.
