Hamilton Sterling is a supervising sound editor, sound designer, effects editor, field recordist, and re-recording mixer who has worked on Logan, Mascots, Voyage of Time: Life’s Journey and the IMAX Experience, The Tree of Life, The Dark Knight, and Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World; as well as many independent films, including: Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, Magnolia, There Will Be Blood, and Stand and Deliver. He was recently Sound Designer on James Mangold's Logan for 20th Century Fox.

Hamilton is the owner of Helikon Sound, an 11.1 ATMOS mixing and sound design studio in Santa Monica, California.

The motion picture Morning (pictured) was sound designed, sound supervised, sound effects edited, pre-mixed, and finaled at Helikon Sound. Music was mixed and the film was print-mastered on the Cary Grant stage at Sony Pictures by Paul Massey. Morning is a film by Leland Orser.
